Delete your Repace account
Repace is an app by AR TOUR LTDA. You can delete your account in the app or ask by email, without installing the app again.
In the app
- Open Repace and tap Profile.
- Tap the gear to open Settings.
- Tap Account and then Your information.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Without the app, by email
Write to privacidade@repaceapp.com from your account's email address, with the subject “Delete my account” and your @. To protect you, we reply to that address to confirm the request before deleting.
What happens next
Your account disappears for others right away and you are signed out on all devices. It takes 30 days. If you sign in again within that time, the deletion is canceled. At the end, the account, your photo and all data linked to it are deleted, and you get an email confirming it.
What is kept, without your name
Only what the law or people's safety requires is kept:
- access logs (date, time and IP address), for 6 months, kept confidential (Brazil's Marco Civil da Internet, art. 15);
- reports and moderation decisions, with a marker in place of your account, for the transparency report;
- what an authority asked us to preserve, until it confirms;
- if the account was banned, what is needed to prevent a new account, for 5 years.
Today's list is in the Privacy policy. When the app gets new features, it changes with them, in a new version.
